TuskWise is a brand owned by Joshua Israel Ventures LLC. TuskWise is not a separate legal entity and is not a DBA (assumed name) registration. When you use this website, your agreement is with Joshua Israel Ventures LLC ("we", "us" or "our"). You can contact us at joshuaofisrael@gmail.com.

Everything on TuskWise, including articles, checklists, glossary entries, games and fact cards, is general educational information about elephants. It is not professional advice of any kind, including veterinary, medical, travel safety, legal or financial advice. Do not rely on it as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your situation. Before you travel, visit an animal facility or make any decision with safety, health, legal or financial consequences, check current information from official and qualified sources.

Accuracy and sources

We research our pages carefully and cite our sources, but scientific understanding, population estimates and conditions at venues change. We do not promise that any content is complete, current or error free. See our Disclaimer for more detail.

Using the site

• You may read, share links to and print pages for personal, non commercial use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Joshua Israel Ventures LLC and its members, managers and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, bookings or travel costs, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the site or its content, even if we have been told such damages are possible. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).
